Salford Flood Appeal


SalfordOnline.com is fundraising for the people of the city hit by Christmas flooding.

If you can make a contribution no matter how small please head over to the Salford Flood Recovery Appeal.

Offers of help, volunteering and places of refuge for those affected, as well as donation offers of toys, furniture or bedding to help replace what’s been damaged by high water are now coming in to the SalfordOnline.com Facebook group.

Appeal: Church groups, community centres, Rotary Clubs or businesses who are accepting donations or fundraising to help please post in the SalfordOnline.com Facebook group to 15,000 readers using this as an online hub to find out what is happening with the recovery effort.

Salix Homes have also set up an advice hub at the Beacon Centre on London Street, Salford M6 6QT.

If anyone from the local area has any donations of bedding/furniture/toys to replace damaged goods please take them here.
