A 20-year-old man is recovering in hospital after being found with multiple stab wounds in Salford.
Police were called to reports of a disturbance on Oronsay Grove in Weaste at 3.35am on Sunday 10 January.
They found the victim with a series of knife wounds to his body and legs.
He was taken to Salford Royal hospital where his condition is described as stable.
Police enquiries are continuing but no arrests have yet been made.
