Week’s free childcare on offer at KidzRus nurseries

KidzRus Private Day Nurseries are offering parents struggling with the sudden closure of a Little Hulton nursery the option of a week’s free childcare at one of their four branches in Salford.

XL Childcare closed on Friday without warning, leaving scores of parents without the places they need for their children.

So KidzRus managing director Nicola Fleury decided to step into the breach to help.

Each of its centres are OFSTED registered and offer a warm, caring, homely environment, providing stimulating choices to encourage your child’s development in all areas.

KidzRUs run four branches: a 62-place centre at Manchester Road in Swinton, which is close to local schools and other amenities and on a direct bus route to Manchester/Bolton.

There’s a 46-place nursery at The Lodge in Swinton, on the former Pendlebury Children’s Hospital site, along with two further newly opened branches at MediaCityUK in Salford and on Liverpool Road in Irlam.

The childcare practitioners and staff at KidzRus fully understand the basis for children’s social, emotional and intellectual development.

They also understand that this can be positively influenced by the high standards of care and education they receive in the early years of their life.

KidzRus have an “open door” policy so that parents can visit anytime to have a look around and discuss their individual childcare needs.

All staff are paediatric first aid trained and each nursery has CCTV in all rooms to safeguard all children and staff.

Key staff are always available at drop off and pick up time to welcome children and talk to parents.

Nicola Fleury, managing director at KidzRus nurseries said: “We know how difficult it can be for parents to find the reliable support they need, especially when it comes to their children, we aim to be totally flexible and work in partnership with parents.

“That’s why we’re offering a week’s free childcare, on a first-come first-served basis, to parents who want to move their little ones over from XL to one of our award-winning centres.

“We are also hosting an open day at our MediaCityUK nursery on Saturday 27 February from 11am to 2pm, all are welcome to come down and view our fabulous new setting.”
