Serviced office provider Orega has taken space to open a new Business Centre in Salford at MediaCityUK.

It will be the firm’s third office in the region, and its 12th in the UK, after it opened branches in Piccadilly and upscale King Street in Manchester.

A business insider said the move into Salford was “in keeping with Orega’s existing portfolio, located in an area of high demand.”

Orega will transform 24,000 sq ft of the Blue Tower into Grade A flexible office space across three floors.

The office specification and technical infrastructure will reflect its contemporary environment, complete with design-led meeting rooms and breakout spaces.

Smaller, cutting-edge companies will work within the same space as established businesses, creating a unique networking opportunity within the facility.

Jeremy Hampton, Orega’s Sales and Marketing Director says: “We are delighted to be opening a Business Centre in the heart of MediaCityUK which has quickly established itself as an iconic location in the North West, if not the UK.”

Orega MediaCity is set to open May 2015.
