Dementia Naturally Active


Dementia Naturally Active is a new project for people living with dementia, their families and carers.

Join Red Rose Forest for indoor and outdoor naturebased activities such as guided walks and talks, practical conservation (such as wild flower planting), woodland crafts and adapted cycling. Or simply come along for a cup of tea and a chat.

All abilities are welcome to join in and have a go.

Sessions take place on Tuesday mornings from 10.30am – 12pm on a fortnightly basis throughout 2016.
