Morson builds upon construction division

Morson International, the Manchester-headquartered technical recruitment and resourcing experts, is expanding its specialist construction division to continue proactively supporting the built environment in attracting the best talent.

The company has been sourcing skilled construction staff for more than 40 years and is capitalising on growing market confidence, national infrastructure spend and demand for talent by recruiting six new consultants and developing a dedicated in-house team.

Investment into Morson Construction reinforces the company’s status as the number one technical recruiter. The standalone division manages clients’ requirements and matches candidates to a variety of roles including architectural and interior design, planning, surveying, building services, structural engineering, BIM and project management.

Phil Beardwood, director at Morson International, said: “Our reputation is based on providing the right expertise for business critical roles and we will leverage that know-how as we take our new construction division forward.

“We partner with some of the world’s best construction firms and have a great network of contacts in the sector. Now, our continued investment is evidence of our pro-active approach to ensuring we provide this growing sector with the strategic talent and excellent service we’ve come to be known for in the construction industry.”

Candidates can upload their CV to www.morson.com and search for a variety of permanent and contracting roles. The team will then match individuals with appropriate roles, which includes positions with some of the construction industry’s biggest names.

With clients across the globe, Morson International helped source around 14,000 technical professionals during the last 12 months across divisions including oil & gas, power, nuclear & utilities and telecoms.
