Man critical after collision – north Manchester

A man is in a critical condition after a collision in Manchester.

At about 4am on Sunday 22 March 2015, police were called to Oxford Road near to the junction with Booth Street East following reports a pedestrian and a car were in collision.

Officers attended and found a red Audi and a 39-year-old man had collided.

The man sustained serious injuries to his head, face, a fractured collar bone, fractures to his spine and a severe injury to his right thigh. He remains in hospital in a serious condition.
