Passengers on the Metrolink MediaCityUK line are being warned to expect delays this afternoon after a points failure at Broadway.
The problem started at around 3.30pm on Wednesday 19 August.
At MediaCityUK, passengers were reporting missed trams and delays of over 30 minutes.
Metrolink are advising that anyone taking trams from MediaCityUK in the direction of Manchester use the Harbour City stop instead.
It said in a Twitter statement: “Any passengers heading from MediaCityUK towards Deansgate Castlefeild are advised to take a short walk to our nearby Broadway, or Harbour City stop.
“Metrolink apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
