Family pay tribute to dad Yasir Nawaz, biker killed on Princess Street in Manchester


The family and girlfriend of a 28-year-old dad who died in a horror smash in Manchester have paid tribute to him.

At about 4.40pm on Saturday 22 August 2015, police were called to Princess Street to reports a motorcyclist had lost control of his white Yamaha R6 before crashing into a building.

Yasir Nawaz suffered serious injuries as a result of the collision and was taken to hospital, but sadly died.

Paying tribute to him, his family said: “Devastated that your smiling face is no longer with us, but you will always remain a part of us.

“Your cheekiness lives on in Harris. We love you unconditionally. Yasir Nawaz will always remain in our hearts and prayers”

His girlfriend said: “Yas you will be my sweetheart. Thank you for blessing me with the most amazing son, you were our world as we were yours.

“We can never forget you darling, you will live on forever in Harris.

“Rest peacefully darling, we will miss you forever and always. Your star P and cheeky monkey”.
