SalfordOnline.com readers are a seriously talented bunch when it comes to snapping the best pictures of autumn colour in all its glory.
Autumn is a season of mists and mellow fruitfulness, as Keats would have it: the colours of nature change around us daily, so what better time for a photo competition?
Now these entries are going on show, and it’s time to throw the voting open to the public.
To pick your favourite, take a look at the gallery below, then simply leave a comment at the foot of this article.
Throughout October readers have been sending in their best pics of Autumn Colours in Salford – and for the first time ever we’ve even had an oil painting submitted.
From epic Salford sunsets to scenes in streets and parks across the city, trees are gaining lustre, turning from deep green to rust and the contrasts grow ever greater.
Such was the strength of entries, we even extended the competition as more great photographs flooded in.
Voting opens today, Monday 26 October, closes on Thursday 29 October and the winner will be announced on Friday 30 October.
Just comment below telling us the name and number of the photo you think is the best.
