Morson CEO Ged Mason receives OBE


Morson Group CEO Ged Mason has proudly accepted his OBE at Buckingham Palace during a very special ceremony which comes one day after her Majesty the Queen’s 90th birthday.

Ged received his OBE for services to Engineering and Design in a ceremony which celebrates the achievements of extraordinary people from across the UK. Since 1969, Morson Group has provided services across many sectors across the world with engineering recruitment and design. The group is made up of three main subsidiaries, Morson International, Morson Projects and Vital Human Resources.

With over 30 years of industry experience in over 40 sectors, the Salford born business man has been responsible for all Morson group strategy throughout the UK and Overseas.

Ged is also a keen supporter of many North West based charities including Seashell Trust and Destination Florida and is also committed to supporting a rage of other charity initiatives.

Ged Mason, CEO of Morson Group said: “Receiving my OBE from Prince William at Buckingham Palace a day after the Queen’s 90th birthday was a moment that I will never forget. Sharing this moment with my family was a great honour and I have dedicated it to the memory of my late father and to all those who have supported me throughout my life.”
