Bellway Homes lay out plans for 107 homes in Agecroft


Warrington-based housebuilder Bellway Homes have applied for planning permission to build 107 new homes on vacant land on Agecroft Road.

Since 1995 the land, opposite Agecroft Cemetery, has been in the private ownership of trustees of The Central and North Manchester Synagogue.

bellway homes agecroftBellway have offered up to £400,000 in Section 106 developer’s contributions as part of the plans for 79 three-bed and 28 four-bed properties, with 214 car parking spaces.2There’s mixture of mews, semi-detached and detached properties, ranging from 733 to 1151sq ft.

Access will be from a new entrance off Agecroft Road, with a proposed nature park to the front of the site to shield the estate from the road.
The plans are now being considered by Salford City Council.
