A male in his late teens has been taken to hospital tonight after being stabbed at a house in Winton.
The youth, who is thought to be 17 or 18 years old, suffered a one to one-and-a-half inch puncture wound to his back.
Police, joined by a rapid response ambulance, arrived at a house on Swanage Road in Winton at around 7.15pm on Friday 16 October.
The youth was conscious and breathing at the scene and his injuries are not considered to be at all life-threatening.
Police and crime scene investigators remain at the address this evening as enquiries continue.
