A woman has been taken to hospital with back pain after three cars collided on Broadway, near the MediaCityUK branch of Booths supermarket.
Police, fire crews and an ambulance were called at around 2pm today to report of a three-car crash on Broadway.
They found a BMW, a Peugeot 208 and a Hyundai Coupe had collided.
The female driver of the Peugeot was treated at the scene by paramedics and taken to Salford Royal hospital for further assessment.
Her injuries are not considered to be severe.
Broadway was briefly closed in both directions while police dealt with debris in the road but as of 2.45pm one lane has been re-opened towards South Langworthy Road.
