A van driver who fled the scene of a Swinton crash handed himself in to police.
Officers blocked off Bolton Road at the junction with Station Road at 6am on Saturday 19 December after a crash between an Audi A4 and a Citroen van.
No serious injuries were reported.
The 34-year-old Citroen driver left the scene before police arrived but later referred himself to hospital.
After being spoken to by police the man was released and no arrests were made.
