Urban Vision are to close a number of streets in Monton over the next three weeks for road and roundabout repairs.
Monton Road will shut from the junction with Highfield Drive to Wellington Road from Saturday 9 to Sunday 10 May.
Diversions will be put in place via Monton Green, Canal Bank, Liverpool Road, Peel Street, Albert Street and Wellington Road.
Temporary traffic lights will also operate along Folly Lane, Rocky Lane, Monton Green and Monton Road for two weeks between Tuesday 5 May to Sunday 17 May.
From Monday 18 May to Friday 29 May three-way traffic signals will be in place 24 hours a day at the junction of Parrin Lane, Monton Green and Canal Bank to repair damage done to the Monton roundabout by heavy goods vehicles.
