Coronation Street creator Tony Warren will be honoured as his funeral takes place at Manchester Cathedral today.
The service, from 2pm on Friday 18 March, is open to the public.

The Salford-born writer died on 2 March at the age of 79.
Stars from the world of stage and screen are expected to pay tribute to the man born Anthony McVay Simpson on Wilton Avenue in Pendlebury in 1937.
ITV posted the following picture tribute on Twitter today, confirming the funeral arrangements.
Warren was made MBE for services to television in 1994.
His best-known creation remains the longest-running soap in British TV history.
