A man’s body was discovered in a car in Salford last night.
Police are not treating the death as suspicious.
Officers were called to a car parked off North George Street in Trinity by a member of the public at around 8.30pm on Friday 15 April.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: “Officers immediately attended and unfortunately located the body of a male.
“After enquiries at the scene it was established that there were no suspicious circumstances.”
The man has not been identified nor his age disclosed.
Detectives are understood to be in the process of identifying his next of kin and a file will be prepared for the Coroner’s Office.
