Drivers are being told to expect delays of up to an hour this morning on routes around Eccles after a lorry overturned on the motorway.
As of 9.25am two lanes have been re-opened on the M62 westbound between Junction 12 for the Eccles interchange and Junction 11 for Birchwood.
Lane one remains closed while traffic officers deal with a spillage of milk.

The driver was not reported to be injured.
