New research shows that more than a third of homeowners have had a dispute with a neighbour because of changes they have made to their property without talking to them.
The most common disagreements come from issues with fences, boundary disputes and chopping down trees or shrubs, less than one in five are aware of their rights when it comes to objecting to unwanted changes.
