Media buying and planning agency Space & Time Media has signed a deal to move its offices to Salford’s Exchange Quay.
The company have taken a 10-year lease on 3,156 sq ft of office space in Exchange Quay’s Number 8 building.
It’s the latest high-profile office win for Hunter’s Real Estate Investment Managers, the US giant who own Exchange Quay and spent £10 million bringing it up to scratch.
Hunter’s have added a Post Office, a Costa coffee outlet and Londis corner shop as well as with bringing the six office blocks up to Grade A standard.
It’s brought new firms out of the woodwork in big office moves to Salford, including American conglomerate 3M and car insurance firm 1ST CENTRAL.
3M relocated 120 staff into a 12,500 sq ft suite on the 4th Floor of Number 8, while 1ST CENTRAL moved over 150 posts.
Space & Time were located at Bruntwood’s Furness House, just on the opposite side of Trafford Road.
In a statement Space & Time said the move formed part of its “long-term positioning strategy following a recent management buy-out from Emerge Limited”.
