Two men age 21 and 27 have been arrested after a gunman blasted the front door of a Salford house with shots before speeding away on a motorbike.
SalfordOnline.com broke the news just minutes after it happened, at around 9.35pm on Saturday 1 August.
The area around the house on Douglas Green, off Whit Lane, was quickly cordoned off by forensics officers.
Armed police swarmed to the scene.

No-one was injured in the drive by-style shooting.
The two men have now been arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear or violence and remain in police custody for questioning.
