A 29-year-old man has been hospitalised after being found stabbed in Salford.
The victim was seen coming out of a house on Basten Drive, Higher Broughton, at around 3.25pm today, Friday 6 November.
Police found the man bleeding from the arms and legs.
It’s not yet known what kind of weapon was used in the attack, but it is understood that it took place inside a terraced house on Basten Drive.
The victim was taken to Manchester Royal Infirmary where he underwent a number of scans. He remains in a stable condition in hospital.
As of 9pm on Friday Crime Scene investigators were still at the scene taking pictures and sweeping the area for clues.
The full circumstances of the attack are still under investigation.
No arrests have been made and enquiries are still ongoing.
