£1,000 reward after brazen thieves steal diggers from Salford site

A local businessman is offering a £1,000 reward for the return of two stolen diggers in Salford.

Officers believe a flat-bed truck was used to transport the heavy machinery out of the Cambridge Industrial Estate on Elton Street in Lower Broughton.

CCTV caught the truck, similar to a Leyland DAF or Iveco 705 tonne vehicle, heading down Elton Street towards Great Clowes Street.
