Boothsbank Park, Boothstown is set to be closed for ten weeks from Monday 11 January when work will commence on a proposed £400,000 plan to upgrade the park.
Work will involve installation of new play equipment and surfacing of pathways, new park furniture and soft landscaping to further develop this thriving park.
A new bowling green clubhouse will be built also a multi purpose sports pitch and new outdoor gym equipment.
