A choir made up of volunteers and staff at Salford Royal Hospital performs in perfect harmony this evening at the Height Methodist Church.
From 7.30pm at the community church on King Street, members will perform a delightful evening of music from popular classics to traditional and sacred songs.
Tickets are £5 on the door and all are welcome.
Salford Royal Choir was established in 1977 and has been making music across Greater Manchester for over 30 years.
The company repertoire extends from Handel to the Beach Boys and Abba to operatic oratorios.
Rehearsing in the Mayo Building at Salford Royal, the choir supports Age UK and regularly sings in the hostpial atrium collecting for several local and national charities.
Secretary Liz said: “Singing is very uplifting and good fun, releasing endorphins which relieve stress and enhance pleasure – it’s a very positive end to the working day.”
Membership details can be found on the choir website.
