Services on the Eccles Metrolink line have been temporarily suspended after a tram collided with a car in Ordsall.
The accident happened at around 5pm on Tuesday 16 February, near the Exchange Quay tram stop.
The female car driver was reportedly shaken by the crash but not seriously injured.
The tram was travelling away from Salford Quays, towards Cornbrook, when the collision occurred.
Metrolink say that while services will continue between Eccles town centre and MediaCityUK, passengers wanting to travel between Piccadilly and MediaCityUK or vice versa should take the Stagecoach 50 bus or First’s 33 service.
