Manchester & Cheshire Construction has recruited Phil Rylance as a senior quantity surveyor.
Phil, 47, has joined the Salford-based company from Morgan Sindall and will manage the commercial and technical aspects of construction projects as well as supervising junior members of the surveying team.
He has more than 25 years’ experience in the property and construction sectors and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Before Morgan Sindall, he worked at companies including EC Harris, Balfour Beatty Construction, Wimpey Construction and The Emerson Group.
During his career Phil, who lives in Horwich, Bolton, has been involved in projects nationwide ranging in value from £1m to £200m, across sectors including commercial property, healthcare, industrial and retail, residential, rail and public amenities.
