Snow is still falling across Salford this morning and readers are flooding social media with their best pictures.
Heavy snowfall has been reported in Walkden, Irlam, Pendleton, Cadishead, Eccles, Broughton and Claremont.
Six-year-old Jack Greenhalgh put his building skills to the test in Swinton this morning, knocking out this fab smowman.
@SueArcher6 posted this picture of her adorable little stuffed sock creatures enjoying a snowball fight and building a ‘snowvaark’.

Salford’s parks are looking wonderful this morning.
Councillor Iain Lindley, who represents Walkden, sent in this of Parr Fold Park.
And the animals are loving the change of scenery, as this pic by Michelle Jamieson in Patricroft shows.
And Lesley Turner’s dog Bear in Little Hulton, shows this chowchow pup seeing snow for the first time and making his first ever snow angel while enjoying the cool, cold, crisp weather.
But the poor daffodils, early crocuses and aptly-named snowdrops are disappearing under the white stuff.
As of 9.20am the outside temperatures are on the up, and snow is turning to slush in many of the more built up areas.
Our overseas readers and ex-pats are joining in the fun, posting pictures of hot and sunny weather from across the globe.
