Police are appealing for the public’s help to find a man wanted on a recall to prison.
Michael Halligan, 35 was released from HMP Preston on Thursday 21 January 2016, after receiving a 10 month sentence for an assault.
He has now breached the terms of his licence conditions and has been recalled to prison.
Halligan has associates in the Salford and Manchester areas.
