Police appeal for missing Martin Till, 26

Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a missing man last seen in Manchester city centre.

Work colleagues posted about Martin Till’s disappearance on Facebook yesterday evening.

Mr Till, 26, was last seen on Market Street in Manchester at around 12.15pm on Wednesday 25 May.

He is white, around 5ft 7in tall, with light brown hair and was last seen wearing a light-coloured hooded top, jeans, and was carrying a red drawstring bag.

Inspector Andy Smith of the City of Manchester Division: “We are becoming increasingly worried about Martin as this is extremely out of character for him. His friends and family are very concerned that he has not been in touch.

“I would urge anyone who may have seen Martin, perhaps in Manchester city centre on Wednesday afternoon, or who has seen him since, to contact the police.”

Anyone with information on Martin’s whereabouts is asked to call police on 0161 8566195, or 101 quoting incident number 906/250516 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111
