Police are appealing for the public’s help to find a man from Radcliffe wanted for assault and breaching a restraining order.
Justin Phelan (05/06/1981) is wanted for two separate assaults which took place in Radcliffe on 6 April 2016 and 28 May 2016. He is also wanted for breaching a restraining order.
Phelan is known to have links to the Bury, Salford and Wigan areas of Greater Manchester.
