Ordsall Acappella Singers : Events for the rest of the summer and early autumn

9 July Swinton Grove Family Fun Day
This is fun and it’s free. The sun usually shines. And you get to hear us sing – formally at first, then beneath the trees and maybe even whilst you’re queuing for ice-cream. (Well what else do you expect us to do while we’re standing in line?) It would be good to see you there. Find out more here.

16th July Buxton
We’re at Buxton again. This will be our sixth year. We have our morning concert at the United Reform Church at 11.00 a.m. and in the afternoon at St Mary’s at 3.00 p.m. Our box office is already set up and you can book tickets now. Note, children under five are free of charge, but please book a ticket. We’ve also introduced our new family ticket. These are for groups of up to four people as long as one person would normally get a concession. Book here.

Take a look at what else is happening at the fringe here. Click on What’s On for other events.

Do come and see us on the 16th. Why not make a day of it and come to both concerts? Buxton is a great place for a picnic and there’s plenty to do indoors if it rains.

11th September Victoria Baths
Again! Great acoustics there. We perform at 1.000 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. This is a Heritage Day at the Victoria Baths, so entrance will be free of charge. Guided tours can be booked for £4.00.
