gyro and ACH sign up in Salford as Exchange Quay lets top 100,000sq ft

Global marketing agency, gyro, and personal injury claims firm ACH Group Management are the latest firms to sign leases at Exchange Quay in Salford.

The revamped business park, next to the Exchange Quay tram stop off Trafford Road in Salford, has seen a complete turnaround since US-based owners Hunter Real Estate Investment Managers invested £10 million in upgrades over the past two years.

gyro, which has 600 staff working from 14 offices worldwide, has signed a new 10 year lease for 4,021 sq ft offices in Number 8 building.

This continues a 20-year tenancy at the development.

ACH Group Management, which includes Accident Claims Helpline, has agreed a five year lease for 3,144 sq ft offices also in Number 8 building.

These latest deals take the total office lettings at Exchange Quay to over 100,000 sq ft in the last year.

American investors Hunter took over Exchange Quay in November 2013.

Since then they’ve invested in upgrading the six office tower blocks to Grade A standard.

An outdoor remodelling also includes adding a new restaurant, a Costa Coffee outlet, a Londis corner shop and a new Post Office.
