FK Group has been awarded a £3.7 million contract by contractor Bowmer & Kirkland for internal glazing for the new Premier Inn planned at Broadway, MediaCityUK.
The 112-bed hotel will form four floors of the £20million, 100,000sq ft ‘Tomorrow’ development.
The 10-storey building will also feature 56,000sq ft of office and studio space, with a large, south facing plaza for office and hotel guests.
Altrincham-based FK Group are now on site and completion is expected to be early summer 2016.
