Developers have submitted plans to build five new homes on vacant land off Monton Road in Monton.
Eccles-based Notion Developments Limited want to build five, two and a half storey townhouses on a former office block on Clifton Road.
Each of the four-bed homes, which range from 1,100 to 1,200sq ft, would come with its own off-road car parking space.
While now vacant, buildings have been on the site since 1893 and the last use is suspected to be for industrial warehousing in the mid to late 1990s.
The agents are Swinton’s RA Fisk & Associates.
The plans will now be considered by Salford City Council.
