All you need to do to get the service up and running is tell police who your drug dealing adversaries are, what vehicle they drive, and whereabouts in the city they sell their gear.

Anyone wanting to report a crime should call Greater Manchester Police on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
