David Ellison, 68, who was reported missing from Salford on Monday 25 January 2016, has been found safe and well.
David was last seen leaving the hospital at 9.20am, Monday 25 January.
He was being treated for a head injury after a suffering injury in a road accident earlier this month.
Concerns were growing due to the head injury he suffered and his requirement for regular medication.
