Tony Lloyd re-opens £200,000 Active Citizens’ Fund


Tony Lloyd, Greater Manchester Mayor and Police and Crime Commissioner has announced that he is to re-open the Active Citizen’s Fund, and is inviting community groups and organisations across Greater Manchester to apply for their share of £200,000.

Organisations can apply for grants of up to £5,000 for projects that help reduce crime and anti-social behaviour in their local area.

The deadline for applications is 4pm on Thursday 22nd September.

There will be a series of event across Greater Manchester where people who are interested in applying can come along and find out more information. Places are limited and must be booked at www.gmpcc.org.uk/funding.
